The Asset Management component allows clients to maintain an inventory and track key data of technical or other assets within each Account. The system allows clients to define as many types of Assets as desired and track general information like manufacturer, supplier, date purchased, cost and date deployed as well as 6 additional fields defined by the client for each item type. Users may link Assets to Tickets to make tracking of tickets easier and more precise. |
