WorkHelpDesk is a Web-based issue ticket program that allows businesses to record and track technology and other issues. Designed with simplicity in mind, the system is easy to learn and can be used in both central reporting (Call in help desk) or self-logging (employees log their own issues) environments and provides clients with the information required to manage a multitude of issues across many of their own locations, their client locations or both.
The program includes Asset, Account and Resource Management components as part of its core functionality and is available in a hosted (ASP) environment or as a standalone program administered by the client .
