As Chief Executive, Bill sets the overall direction of the company and directly oversees the sales and client service departments. Prior to founding Work Software Systems, Bill had extensive business leadership and management experience as a management consultant for KPMG in New York, as a Director of Sales and Marketing for an Internet startup in Boston and as a sales and marketing manager with a large Canandian/US manufacturing company. Bill earned a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in finance from Boston College. |

James E. Gray Chief Operating Officer/Founder: |

James works with Bill to set the direction of the company, supervises the Technology department and has recently assumed responsibility for the company’s marketing efforts. Prior to Work Software Systems, his work experience included time with both well established and startup companies. He worked for Andersen Consulting, in the Process Consulting Competency and for AT&T Communications in the Commercial Sales division. His work with startup companies included business planning and process consulting for an Internet-based printing company, a marketing/graphic design firm and an outdoor products field-testing company. James earned a BA from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Boston College. |

Eric Stachowski Chief Financial Officer/Founder: |

Eric manages the financial and budgetary functions of the company and acts as a consultant to our clients on accounting and other finance-related issues. Prior to Work Software Systems, he was the Corporate Controller for Polaris Leasing Ltd., of Winnipeg, MB, a general equipment financing company with customers across Canada. Aside from his standard financial duties, Eric also initiated and managed the company's Internet strategy, which required integrating their current sales and operations processes with the Internet. Eric earned a BA from the University of Western Ontario and received his professional accounting designation (CMA - Certified Management Accountant) in July of 2000. |

Gary Smith Key Advisor/Founder |

Gary founded ColorID in 1999 and is currently a Partner and President of ColorID, LLC. ColorID supplies access control security card products to selected sectors in both the US and Europe. ColorID supplies over 400 Universities across the US as well as US Military bases and institutions (including the US Pentagon). |

|
Gary was on the board of directors and on the audit committee of the New York Stock Exchange Company Allen Telecom. Allen Telecom was a telecommunications manufacturing company with sales of over $ 410 million dollars in 2002. Allen Telecom was sold to Andrew Corporation in the summer of 2003 (resulting in a combined business of over 1 billion dollar in sales). |

Gary was also the director, CEO and President of Glenayre Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ based high-technology wireless infrastructure manufacturer. Gary held many positions in this company including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President - General Manager. While Gary was with the company sales grew from under $ 5 million dollars to over $ 380 million dollars. Glenayre did over half their business outside the United States. Glenayre manufactured both Cellular and Paging infrastructure equipment with plants in the US, Canada and China and direct sales and services offices in over 20 countries. |

Gary studied Electrical Engineering at the University of British Columbia from 1977 to 1983 and is a Professional Engineer. He also received management training at Stanford University. |
