Thanks to you and your company for introducing us to WorkSecure Currently we have approximately 50 retail outlets across the country with two computers in each location.
The original goal of using WorkSecure was to prevent “inappropriate” use of the company computers. After beginning to use it, we have found that it has several other benefits as well.
Prior to using your product, we put a great deal of effort into securing the computers so that users could not corrupt the configuration. This security made support difficult at best. With WorkSecure, we can leave our support tools on the desktop with all of the rights required to quickly diagnose and resolve any user problems.
Prior to WorkSecure we were receiving two or more support calls a day. To date none of the systems where WorkSecure is installed has had any downtime related to unknown causes and the number of POS related issues has dropped significantly.
Finally while we have not had the systems in place long enough to be certain, but it seems clear that employee performance and productivity has improved.
